One of the best decision we made during the selling of our condo and buying a new home in a new community was going with Elana. Elana was the most incredible real estate broker my husband and I worked with. We’ve been looking for well over a year, worked with a bunch of difference ones. I highly recommend Elana Zimmerman. She is very knowledgeable about the Westchester market. She quickly did a really thorough analysis of our specific property and the immediate neighborhood. She was hands on with the staging of the house and it happened fast and efficiently. The same was true with the creation of all of the marketing tools. She was very honest and direct about pricing and helped us get to a price that wasn't an over or under reach. This resulted in our receiving several very strong cash offers in a short period of time.
